What we are
A single team that assesses, engineers, builds and operates utility-scale solar and battery storage, and structures the financing around it. We work for utilities, industrial offtakers, developers and the capital behind them.
What we believe
The desert is a specification, not an obstacle. Heat, dust and distance are design inputs. Plants engineered for them outperform plants adapted to them, every year of their life.
Storage is not optional. Generation that cannot be shifted is generation sold at the wrong price. Every project we develop is assessed with storage from the first model.
One party answers. Accountability that is split is accountability that is lost. We keep the yield model, the design, the build and the operation under one roof so there is nowhere for a shortfall to hide.
