Investment

We deploy proprietary capital into private companies, projects and selected ventures. Direct investments, co-investments and growth capital across Europe and other international markets, underwritten with discipline and held with long horizons.

Because the capital is our own, there is no fund lifecycle behind a position and no forced exit ahead of it. We hold for as long as a position creates value.

Green Energy

Through our operating subsidiaries we develop and deliver solar projects across Europe, from origination and contracting to construction management with qualified partners. Energy is where our capital becomes infrastructure.

In Germany this work is carried by KXS Energy GmbH, the group's solar contracting company for the German and European market.
